THE COLLECTIVE

Digital in service of life.

Make the Change is more than an app. It's a citizen collective that turns digital actions into concrete acts for living nature. Reclaim your part in the change.

ORIGINES

From a student thesis to a global ecosystem.

More than 5 years ago, the idea of Make the Change was born on school benches. The conviction was simple: protecting living nature generates guilt, when it should generate motivation.

After years of research, unfinished prototypes and travels to understand field realities (from Belgium to Madagascar), one truth became clear.

To save biodiversity, we had to use the codes of our generation: play, technology and transparency.

A VIRTUOUS CIRCLE, FROM DIGITAL TO REAL

Un cercle vertueux.

Play to learn.

Taking action for the planet should no longer be a chore. We use gamification to turn your daily efforts into an exciting adventure.

Support the land, support its guardians.

Your digital engagement directly supports on-the-ground biodiversity projects. In return, these restored lands create local wealth (such as honey or crafts). These products are returned to us, and we offer them to you in exchange for your impact credits. The loop is closed.

Traceable impact.

Transparency over promises: documented projects, identified partners and educational impact. No greenwashing — you know exactly which olive tree, which hive or which species you helped support today.

INITIATOR & VISIONARY

We want to create a world where protecting nature is no longer a constraint, but a game where everyone wins: living nature, local producers, and you.

ARCHITECT & BUILDER

An idea only survives if you give it a body. My role is to forge the engine of this collective, and to create the shortest technological bridge between your phone and nature.

Already connected to the field

For several years, the collective has already been working with producers, beekeepers, associations and local actors between Belgium, Madagascar and other territories committed to living nature.

Our ambition: to make Make the Change one of the largest citizen collectives in Europe dedicated to living nature. An ecosystem where every swipe on a screen plants a seed, where every challenge completed restores a habitat, and where collective action becomes second nature. The collective only awaits you.
